Only 50 cases will be available, 10 to be sold in the taproom the evening of the 27th, when pours of the Dry Hopped Belgian Golden Strong will begin at 4pm. The second of the breweries was The Thomas Kemper Brewery, of Bainbridge Island, just across Puget. It’s a centuries-old classic Belgian Golden Strong recipe, that’s dry-hopped with New Zealand-grown Wai-iti hops. The first beer, Dry Hopped Belgian Golden Strong, will be released on Friday, January 27, in corked-and-caged 750ml bottles and 1/6 barrel kegs. The label art for the new series is from local illustrator Shawn McCann. Cuvée de Boom: Rosé consists of a hybrid of Belgian blonde ale and White. 12PM Taproom opens & Cuvée de Boom: Rosé Release.
